The Première Vendange cuvée is like those born at the beginning of our era. Fifty-year-old vines, no yeast, input or sulfur added during vinification, the operation is perilous but terribly successful! Its aromas are marked by black and red fruits. It's a wine of joy, pleasure, rediscovered nature and, of course, festivities, best drunk chilled and young, but which ages very well. In short: "a magician's wine!" according to Le Figaro.
