In a few words ...
Why Supernova? The name refers to the big, bright star that appears when it explodes. And this cuvée, with its nose of black cherries and spicy notes, provokes an explosion of flavors on the palate... It triggers the same effect, we swear! A cuvée full of promise... Technical criteria : The Malbec grapes that go into the "Supernova" cuvée are hand-harvested, destemmed and placed in small wooden vats. Fermentation takes place over a 3-week vatting period, with pumping over in the morning and evening during the first week, and only light punching down afterwards. This winemaking process extracts maximum color and fruit aromas without dominating tannins. "Supernova" is then aged in barrels for 12 months.
