Stemming from a family heritage, these lands, situated on the crests of the cher hillsides, present a particular soil, where, during the Napoleonic era, some people cut flint and others worked the vines and made their wine.To the eye, the color is an attractive yellow-green. On the nose, this Valençay is characterized by floral and citrus notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh, supple and aromatic.
