The winemaker

Vins Bécat is the story of 6 wine enthusiasts looking for a new de-alcoholized tasting experience. We select wines from local winegrowers and dealcoholize them while preserving an aromatic profile as close as possible to that of the original wine. The original aromas are preserved using a vacuum evaporation method that enables us to work at low temperatures. Production is based at Le Controis in Sologne, in the heart of wine-growing Sologne. Vins Bécat is also a collaborative project serving the Loire Valley wine industry. The team supports winemakers wishing to launch their first dealcoholized production. They are committed to ensuring the quality and diversity of dealcoholized products within the Loire Valley wine industry. Our approach is currently supported by the 41 region's Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Agriculture.
