The winemaker
With the 2010 vintage, the adventure began and Robert De Salvo, scoring winemaker, achieved his childhood dream. La Bastide of Ciselette operates 15 hectares with an essential production Bandol and a smaller volume of Var Vin de Pays. The Bandol Rosé represents the majority production. The Bandol Rouge, produced in small quantities, is the result of a careful plot selection and a choice of refined grape to offer an elegant complex, fruity and silky. Only after maturing in oak barrels for 18 months it will be bottled and tasted.
