The winemaker

Where every stone tells a story, Where a bed in every shadow tale Where every tree seems to invite you to a sweet and magical reverie.   Built on a hill populated Roman relics, bordered by the ancient Domitian, Dalmeran dominates a Virgilian landscape of hills, valleys and woods that, since 1531, breathes to the rhythm of the vine and the olive tree.   There, on the northern slope of the Alpilles, in the heart of a microclimate constantly regenerated by the powerful breath of the mistral, the vines fully blossomed into a clay and limestone soil very stony. There, ten hectares planted in a quarter-century, generously Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault.
