Where donkeys fly The village of Gonfaron is located in the Var region of Provence. It is close to the hill of the Roquette. Nestled at the foot of the Massif des Maures, surrounded by cork oak forests and majestic century-old pine trees. The diversity of the soil contributes to the richness and complexity of our wines. The shale mixture of red sandstone, quartzite and limestone-clay gives each grape flourish he needs to. The Mediterranean climate, mild and sunny, offers between 2700 and 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Thanks to its environment, our vineyard is protected from the Mistral.
