The winemaker
At the heart of the vineyards of Cassis, we grow a 7.5 hectares closed, which was planted there over a century back by our grandfather. Sea, land and in symbiosis sun are born of this land unique white wines: "Clos Val Bruyère" and "Kalahari". The grape varieties: Marsanne, Clairette and Sauvignon white Ugni-. Faithful to the tradition which is famous wines of Cassis, we chose to develop exclusively white wine whose annual production is about 20 000 bottles.
