On limestone and stony soils, the vines are cultivated using integrated farming methods (an increasing proportion of which are certified High Environmental Value). The Mediterranean climate, both sunny and windy, allows them to flourish on a wide variety of terroirs, from plains to hillsides. Cold settling. Fermentation in liquid phase at low temperature.
