In a few words ...

Intense but delicate nose of yellow-fleshed fruit, fresh apricot and a touch of melon. Very elegant, fresh palate with notes of nectarine and citrus, lemon and lime. A touch of minerality gives this wine great length. 15% clairette, 85% vermentino or rolle. Organic viticulture, hand-picked in crates, use of sorting tables, whole harvest, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, use of selected yeasts, direct pressing, aging in stainless-steel vats, aging on lees, technical cork.
