Yield : 25 hl per hectare Vinification: Hand-picked. Matured in underground vats cut into the rock. Skin maceration for 3 to 4 hours and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 13°C. Aged 12 months, 70% in underground rock-cut vats and 30% in oak barrels.

Appearance
Good intensity, still young, with violet discs with ruby highlights.
Aroma
First nose of fresh coffee, toasted and light, fine and delicate. 2nd nose of cocoa and fresh black fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry on a background of cinnamon.
