This cuvée is a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged for 1 year in equal parts oak barrels and vats. A rich, gourmet wine that perfectly represents its terroir.

Appearance
Intense garnet-red color.
Aroma
The nose reveals an expressive bouquet with notes of red fruits (blackberry, "jammy" Morello cherry), spices (pepper) and cocoa.

The palate is powerful, with firm tannins on a fruity background: a red fruit attack that reveals spices, mentholated cocoa and pepper. Plenty of volume and good length.
