La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline is Château Sainte Roseline's exceptional cuvee. Made from a selection of our best plots, this great wine produced in limited quantities will delight the most demanding palates. The grapes are harvested using a conveyor belt to prevent berries. De-stemming and double sorting of berries. Varietal-by-varietal fermentation in wooden vats, with pre-fermentation cold maceration for 5 days. Vatting for one month, during which daily punching of the cap ensures controlled extraction of tannins for finesse and concentration. Aged in varietal-specific barrels for 12 months, followed by harmonious blending.
