Clinging to the schist slopes of Pierrefeu-du-Var, the best parcels of Château La Gordonne's Terroir Remarquable vineyards are scrupulously selected for this Chapelle Gordonne cuvée. The entire harvest is carried out at night, to take advantage of low temperatures and optimize grape quality. Under the press, the selection of the first juices allows us to keep only the "têtes de cuvée".
