With a high proportion (80%) of the Clairette blanche grape variety, Cave Clarette has created "Therapie", a wine of breathtaking summer freshness and character. This wine has a magnificent and unique character, freshness with little acidity and a floral aroma without losing its dryness. Simply wonderful! I'm delighted that it's available from Twil.
Therapy must be consumed within the year, as it oxidizes quickly. But that's not difficult.
Mit dem hohen Anteil (80%) der Rebsorte Clairette blanche hat die Kellerei Clarette mit "Therapie" einen umwerfend frischen und sommerlichen Wein kreiert. Dieser Wein hat einen großartigen und einzigartigen Charakter, Frische mit wenig Säure und einem Aroma von Blüten ohne dadurch an Trockenheit zu verlieren. Einfach wunderbar! Ich bin froh, dass ihn über Twil beziehen kann.
Man muss Therapie binnen eines Jahres genießen, da er schnell oxidiert. Das fällt aber überhaupt nicht schwer.
