The winemaker

It left for a new life! The time is right (the children are grown) and the place is chosen to carry out this project ... Provence! It offers an exceptional terroir for producing great wines and good life is famous: "In Provence, the sun rises twice, morning and after naps" (Yvan Audouard). It's finally spring 2012 we are moving and rebaptisons the field "Clos de l'Ours", direct nod to New winemaker. The adventure begins ... On a local operation since the Templars, well supported and advised, including the winemaker Daniel Abrial, we put all our passion to produce wines of character. The family first vintage was born in September of the same year. After two years of renovation work in the field and farmhouse, the charming guest house "Chateaux & Hotels Collection" opens in spring 2014. The adventure continues ... Fabien Our son decided to live with us ... Yes ! She is beautiful and exciting new life!
