In 1995, Michaël Latz took over the destiny of the estate with his wife Anne and three sons, Sébastien, Raphaël and Alexandre: the 2nd and 3rd generations of Latz have been running Aspras since its acquisition in the 1960s. Together, they perpetuate the spirit of this family strongly attached to this terroir and its future, which they express with heart, respect and dynamism in their organic wines. Correns, 1st organic village in France Located in the Côtes de Provence Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée area, in the heart of Provence Verte, the village of Correns benefits from an exceptional microclimate and very healthy clay-limestone soil. As early as 1996, all the local farmers opted for organic farming. This collective decision was a response to a growing and deep-rooted concern shared by all: to respect nature and the village's unspoilt environment, and to leave a viable village for future generations. This pioneering approach continues today in all areas of daily life: eco-construction, renewable energies, organic canteen, participative democracy, organic solidarity gardens, etc.
