The winemaker

The Foussenq Estate is in the same family for nearly 500 years. At Carcès, pretty town of Haut-Var, in the heart of Provence, Foussenq Manual is the young heir to a family dynasty that has always worked the land and vines. Created in 2000 by Manuel and his wife, a year after the resumption of the family estate, the Domaine Foussenq allows the winemaker to be more in touch with customers, advise on choosing a wine, to explain the work in the vineyards and in the cellar, and to support their changing tastes. A family tradition dating back almost 500 years, since the first lands were acquired by the ancestors in 1566. But it's by no means a straitjacket for Manuel and Valerie who are willing to innovate, test new assemblies . The shop in the center of the city is a plus. The shop and winery are located in a town house. The coat of arms adorns the labels of bottles of Domaine Foussenq represent a wolf's mouth with three time money in his heart.
