The winemaker

Our 115-hectare estate is located in the heart of the Trévaresse massif, just outside Aix-en-Provence in the commune of Rognes, on an ancient Gallo-Roman stronghold known as the "Oppidum". Today, the Oppidum des Cauvins estate extends over several communes: Rognes, Saint Cannat, la Roque d'Anthéron, for the AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence and IGP de Méditérranée appellations. Our wines are made with respect for tradition and the environment in a state-of-the-art winery. Since 2020, the estate has been certified HVE 3 (Exploitation de Haute Valeur Environnementale) level 3 (highest level).
