The winemaker

Domaine Pinchinat has been producing organic wine since 1990, making it one of the pioneers in the sector, with AOC certification. The domaine offers two top-quality whites, one made from 100% Rolle grapes, with pronounced citrus notes, the other a blend of Rolle and Clairette, giving it a lighter, more floral taste. The estate also offers an excellent red Côtes de Provence, made from a blend of Syrah and Grenache, giving the wine a crimson color and an intense cherry flavor.
