The winemaker

Cave Cooperative "The Cellar Eguilles" located in the heart of the village, was founded in 1923 by Lucien Fauchier. Man of Letters and field at once. He has given the first breath to our Eguillienne viticulture surrounding himself with some 90 founding members who were the primary earners. The cooperative was born in 1923 with a capacity of 8,000 hectoliters. She has undergone various successive expansions until 1962. In 1971 the construction of a new modern winery, yielded an additional capacity of winemaking. In 1994, a new store selling born on Avenue of the Father Sylvain Giraud Finally in 2013, the store's beautification works will participate in optimizing customer reception.
