The winemaker

The Valmoissine Estate is situated on the site of a former monastery 500 meters. This ensures good sunlight during the summer months while enjoying the cool night air and reduces the risk of spring frost. The ideal southern exposure of the vineyards door grapes mature at the same time as those of our Grands Crus Corton. Yields are low to ensure ripeness and concentration of grape that consistently provide high quality wines. The result is an elegant wine with a remarkable finesse.
