The great white cuvée de revelette is highly atypical. A Chardonnay at the antipodes of New World wines, it combines the freshness and minerality of Burgundy wines with a rich style reminiscent of the great Rhone wines. One of Provence's finest whites... A fine vintage, 2012 still needs a little ageing. The palate opens slowly with aromas of candied white fruit, then gains in body. Nice freshness on the finish. 100% Chardonnay. Vineyards located between 330 and 400 m altitude. Drink now or within two years.
