The winemaker

When you visit the many villages VAUCLUSE are built on hills. CAIRANNE is part of the landscape, hence its name BOOM VILLAGE. Built in the center of the town, it dominates the vineyard. Over the decades, the toil and the determination of all the winemakers contributed to an awareness of our WINE. The ARMAND Estate vineyard has existed for over 80 years and extends over 40 hectares which require daily care and vigilance. This is a passionate family business that respects its soil to give the best of his vineyard and his wine. He enjoys his work and discover authentic wines. The diversity of our region enables typicality and complementarity of our wines. Vines worked traditionally with plowing, bud removal, treatment in viticulture contributes to greater respect for the environment. The harvest is manual, which allows us to perform a sorting to vines of each bunch of grapes. Following a selection of our plots and vines, the grapes are taken in our cellar, vinified with rigor and monitored regularly by our oenologist. The Domain uses the best modern techniques: stemming, temperature control, pneumatic press.
