The winemaker
Domaine D'Antonin benefits from a delicate terroir. Its schist soil requires the vines to be worked by hand. This makes it possible to add new grape varieties like Mourvèdre and Syrah to two older varieties like Grenache and Carignan. The result is 3 red wines, a rosé and an exceptional white wine, Vin de Leuzet, ideal for aperitifs. The traditional Cuvée du domaine d'Antonin red, Les Jardins, is appreciated for its fruitiness.
