The winemaker

For the Rasteau appellation, the vines of the Domaine de Cremone face northwest, which ensures freshness. For all its vines, the domaine favors hillside exposure. The estate has a deep respect for the history of its vineyards, and some plots, planted with Grenache, are almost 70 years old. The estate uses biodynamic viticulture for greater authenticity. The Rasteau wines have an intense nose, with prune and licorice dominating the palate. The Cairanne wines are subtle, with notes of red fruit.
