The winemaker

After chemical engineering at Strasbourg and Montpellier, I decided to return to my homeland and become winemaker. To realize this dream, I form for 2 years DNO Montpellier. In 2010, the leap with the creation of the domain and the acquisition of 2 ha of old vines on Sablet. The name of the rose stands this time, no local or material, I transformed myself into "hello" to carry out each step of the creation of the wine, from the vineyard to bottling. Solidarity among friends was the sine qua non in this adventure. In 2011, I take 3 hectares of vines on Séguret and continues to expand the field to reach 5.5 hectares of old vines overwhelmingly. Domain, human-sized and small yields, offers a concentrated and authentic wine.
