The winemaker

Originally, its area covering 5 hectares of vines. Today, it covers 45 hectares in Côtes du Rhône Village Valréas. For commercial reasons (customer demand, market needs), some of the wines produced are downgraded to Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Village. In 1999, the estate was converted in its entirety in organic farming for the sake of preserving groundwater and the environment but also to produce the most representative wines of terroir Valréassien. The wines produced are: Red • 70% • Rosé 20% • White 10% The wines are vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with automatic pigeurs with more or less long fermentation according to the desired typicities (between 8 and 20 days in general). Then, the reds are aged before bottling concrete vats or barrels for high Valreas 2010 vintage in oak barrels for a year.
