The vault   Hours: daily From 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 19h Grignan-les-Adhémar The main varieties of the appellation are Grenache and Syrah that accompany in small percentages: Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre for red wines. Viognier, Roussanne, white Grenache and bourboulenc are for making white wines. Spread over 21 towns of the Drôme department, south of Montelimar, the left bank of the Rhone. Allan is the northernmost and the most transit Baume south. About 2000 hectares of vineyards produce 60,000 hectoliters. The soil is composed of old alluvium very stony, sandy hills are the limit of the Mediterranean climate.
