The winemaker

This allows a variety of soils, and exposure of the vines at altitudes between 250 and 400 m. Here herbs, aromatic plants and olive trees alongside the vineyards, each of which found its place. Manual harvesting allows a rigorous selection of grapes. Frederic and Isabelle chose a conscientious agriculture very few chemical inputs to maintain the micro fauna and insects (worms); tillage restricted to prevent its compaction; natural grass all year round, in order to preserve a living soil.
