The winemaker

The estate is in the same family since 1874. It was in 1978 that Raphael Pradelle vinified for the first time its own wine. Soon her son joined the Pradelle and Hubert began his wine business. Like his father before him, he tends his vineyard according to the precepts of organic agriculture and harvest everything by hand. Indeed respect for nature and passion for wine are the two fundamental principles of its work. So he opts for certification AB (Agriculture Biologique) in 2001. Today, the Domaine du Jas always its family character and authentic Hubert works with his wife Anne-Marie and their eldest son Peter.
