The domain consisting of terraced plots, abrupt and steep, the work of the vineyard is exclusively manual, from the waist to harvest. Difficult and challenging, must arm themselves with courage and patience to care for each vine planted on 20 hectares (about 6000pieds / ha) before being rewarded by the quality of terroir wines! In the continuing effort to work environmentally, the farming methods used (minimal use of treatment products) have naturally given to honor the horse; passing through the rows of vines on some plots to turn the soil, thus weeding and aerating the soil. Compliance with mature fruit picked justifies installing the unloading of mid-level fermentation tanks trailers (gravity work) and the use of a pneumatic press. For quality wines, more or less fruity, tannic and structured, the wine is aged in oak barrels of 400 liters 3 wines, from 6 to 14 months depending on the vintage.
