The winemaker

Nestled on the slopes of the Mont Ventoux, a terroir recognised as a "Biosphere Reserve", the Domaine Les Patys has a very special history and values. In his youth, Thierry Delasalles chose to go backpacking to meet the terroirs and populations of the whole world. The vineyard on the slopes of Mont Ventoux is the continuation of his adventures and the rediscovery of his peasant origins.

In complete harmony with this Provençal nature, Thierry Delasalles now cultivates on 10 hectares the characteristic grape varieties of the region: black grenache, syrah, carignan, but also roussanne, clairette, white grenache and vermentino for the whites. Since 2018, the estate has been certified organic to testify to this philosophy of a complete connection between man and nature.
