The harvest is done manually for the sake of quality and respect of vineyards where the grapes reached perfect ripeness. The different stages of picking off, pegging, reassembly, and temperature control is applied vinification. Livestock - final stage - is carried out in oak barrels, in big barrels or truncated tank. The vault Terran is located in the Rhone Valley in Chavanay that are vinified and aged various red and white wines: Brézème, Viognier, Syrah, St. Joseph, Condrieu and Cote Rotie. The constant search Earthlings ... Authenticity.
