The winemaker

Our vineyards cover eight hectares of hillsides south slope in the Grand Luberon.Le Terroir is composed of stony terraces and gentle slopes and clay calcaires.Issu several generations of farmers, agricultural engineer and oenologist, Louis Michel Bremond created the winery in 1998 and thus embodies its winemaker's passion and commitment to this Earth. Our vines are grown and developed our wines with traditional methods to express the most typical of the Earth. Our wines have obtained numerous awards. Our olive orchards, cultivated in the same spirit of respect for tradition, produce a soft and fruity oil. Planting new regional varieties allow us to produce oil that is characterized by a bright fruity called "pungency". Since the area in order to respect the natural environment, the vineyard is cultivated in "rational control". After 3 years of conversion, our vineyards and olive orchards in 2008 obtained the certification Agriculture Biologique.Vous can discover all our products during tastings at the cellar of the property or to the table of step gîte in the former stables of the farm.
