Domaine Plein Pagnier is a family estate founded in 1960 by Edouard Flandrin. A true pioneer in organic farming, the domaine was the first in the region to convert to organic methods in 1991. The winemaker

Located on the heights of Mazan, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, the Plein Pagnier neighborhood is a haven of peace. For several generations, our heritage has been worked on and constantly improved, in the tradition of the rustic and with respect for the environment. On a 20-hectare estate of vines, cherry and olive trees in the hills above the village, Plein Pagnier has been producing a rich harvest of cherries, grapes and olives for almost a century. We are committed to respecting our environment and offering quality products, and have been certified organic since 1985 and biodynamic since 2008. We welcome our guests in three independent accommodations on the estate, facing the vineyards and Mont Ventoux...don't hesitate to drop in and stay with us!
