Domaine La Bataille des Anges is located in Provence in the hills above Vinsobres, charming village of Provence burlesque name. Perched 400m, the area has stunning views of Mont Ventoux. Vinsobres or sober wine take soberly !!. Caroline and Jean-Marie Billig are associated growers Domaine Battle of Angels. Both live their passion surrounded by their children. The vineyard is in organic farming and has an exceptional terroir, vineyards older characters for some of more than 90 years. We work with the family always concerned about quality and respect for the environment. A very large part of the work is done manually. We prefer small yields which promotes the quality of our wines.
