The winemaker

The estate is located in Chateauneuf de Gadagne, the vine grows from the thirteenth century. Since 1 November 2012, the Institut National des Appellations d'Origine (INAO) has devoted "communal village"; he took the name Gadagne and became the smallest appellation of the southern Rhône Valley.               The passion for wine has always been a few vineyards in Champagne to learn the craft of wine and in 2007 the desire of another horizon led Martine and Robert Janer, a surgeon and pharmacist of Champagne to Provence in the heart of a vineyard where they felt that this magnificent terroir allow them to develop the wines they like.              They attach to restructure the vineyard in a biological conversion process, taking the mistral as ally (it dries the vines protecting the proliferation of diseases and pests whose development is favored by moisture) and work again soils. They then led the field to a reasoned culture and biological term. Some vines older than 50 years, give rare but sublime clusters. Small yields are privileged to obtain a great concentration of flavors. "Our main role is to do everything possible so that our region can fully express themselves. We strive to make elegant and distinguished wines while remaining humble before nature. Several awards (medals Gold and Silver competitions of International Vinalies, multiple entries in the Guide Hachette) allow us to think that we are on the right track.
