The winemaker

La Maison Camille Cayran is a cooperative that brings together 80 passionate winemakers who work hand in hand with a technical team to the top of his game. It is located in the heart of the southern Rhône Valley, where the vineyard extends along the mountainous circle starting from Cairanne and Vacqueyras and extending to Rasteau and Gigondas. Thierry Caymaris is the winemaker and cellar master. La Maison Camille Cayran uses techniques more modern, with the desire to preserve the typical wines and express the best ways that is the specific terroir. Sustainable agriculture is privileged, and certified organic crop grows. Harvesting is mainly done by hand. The vinification of the House Camille Cayran are carried out in concrete tanks, which allow to keep the wine at a stable temperature throughout the year. For larger batches, part assemblies is aged for one year in barrel and two years on the lees.
