The winemaker

A preserved terroir


The grape varieties of Grenache, Syrah, but also Marsanne or Vermentino are worked in an eco-responsible approach having enabled the Italian family who owns the estate to have obtained the AB organic label (2020).

Mas Edem wines: "delicate" and "divine"


Mas Edem offers two main cuvées.

- Delicato, the first of their cuvées, comes in white, rosé and red. These are fresh, full-bodied wines, perfect for aperitifs.
- The Divino, also available in white, rosé and red, is a more complex cuvée, with a longer ageing period, that goes better with dishes.
- Finally, a Naturello cuvée is a sulfite-free organic wine to be enjoyed young.
