The winemaker

Between Nimes and Uzes, in the hills overlooking the Gardon, 15 km from the Pont du Gard, the exploitation of 33 hectares is located in the municipality of Blauzac. In 1991, Christophe PELLIER take back the management of this family business which we find traces in 1894. It is the 5th generation of winemakers. At first, he decided to devote himself entirely to the cultivation of the vine: involvement in the plot, the rootstock, grape varieties, implantation yields. At As it replanting new varieties more suitable, and in 2010, he decided to redevelop the private cellar. He makes wine in the property part of my production and the rest in wine cooperative until 2015. Since then, the entire production is processed at the property.
