The winemaker

David Vineyards extend over 53 hectares in the Rhone Valley, the AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Cotes du Rhone. David Frederick, the winemaker of the property, all vinified wines in organic and kosher. The famous Mourre de Lisle in Châteauneuf-du-Pape through its Cotes du Rhone Village Bio, wines of David vineyards are frank, generous and without fuss, like the winemaker. His area is in the municipality of Saint-Hilaire Ozhilan, small town in the Rhone Valley, near Uzes, between Nimes and Avignon. The establishment of bio wine was for this young winemaker obvious: its soil into his heart, he hoped by this step to preserve and enhance the typicality of David Vineyards. The wines are meant to offset and ample, with aromas of blackberries and candied currants very greedy. David Vineyards wines are buddy to share without moderation around beautiful plates of charcuterie and most prestigious wines will accompany you along a beautiful meal and sublimate your butcher to pieces!
