"Sauvagnion" stands for the little sauvagnères, a small stream that runs at the foot of our vineyards. Round, supple and pleasant, with notes of fresh fruit, sauvagnion will accompany you throughout a good meal with friends. 75% merlot, 25% cabernet franc. Conventional viticulture, mechanical harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, blending, light filtration, ageing in cement vats, traditional cork, clay-limestone soils, clay-gravel soils.
