In a few words ...
The 7-hectare vineyard is set around the old medieval château on a south-facing clay-limestone plateau, partly covered with brown clay and ferruginous stones. It overlooks the lot at an altitude of 240 meters. Cuvée Eulalie is made from a selection of four terroirs with specific geological features... 100% malbec. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, fermentation in truncated cone-shaped vats, aged in new oak barrels, clay-limestone soils.
