The winemaker
Initially 8 ha, now 12, we strive to honor the ancestrally indigenous varieties grown on the region. The decrees naming shabby and dusty (trying to avoid the worst, but certainly preventing the best) were right in our pugnacity. Most wines today the area is elevated to table wine. Still no clone throne on the field. All our vines - before the war - were "grafted in place," the new plantations are from mass selection meticulously selected by us. Controlled by France Quality - certification for biologically agriculture, our farming methods prohibit herbicides, insecticides and any synthetic molecule. Now in biodynamic agriculture we are proud to display the Demeter logo.
