The winemaker

In the 1970s, the Clos du Chêne was a mixed farming. We chose the wine and thus restructured the vineyard by privileging the emblematic grape of Cahors Malbec also called Auxerrois or Cot Black. Merlot meanwhile was chosen to bring some of our vintages roundness. Aujourd'ui is family that are produced wines of Clos. Marie-Françoise, Jean Paul and daughters Valerie and Ingrid involved from production to the marketing of estate wines.
