Guilhem Mirailhs, founder of the field, planted the first vine in 1491. In the late nineteenth century, phylloxera darkens Property heyday falling into oblivion. In 1998, Hochman family purchased 30 hectares of abandoned vineyards. The family adventure begins. Charles Hochman father and son, challenges men convinced the extraordinary potential of their land, made his domain acclaim. His fame is restarted.
