The winemaker

The Gaillac vineyards dating back to Roman times. In the tenth century, the Benedictine St. Michael's Abbey in Gaillac were also growers. They were cultivating their vines by "jobbers." The field of Terrisses, family owned since seven generations, dating back to 1750. It is named after the first foundations of the busty building, built in "Terrisses" or mud mixed with blocks broken straw.
