The winemaker

The Domaine du Boiron offered there for decades exclusively vineyard landscape in this corner of countryside Lot and Garonne. Over time it has had to erase the benefit of a more profitable cereal crops. As the new owner, the idea seemed natural to give back part of Boiron acclaim and see in seasons resurface its original colors. It is also a challenge as to coexist on our soil finesse of Merlot, Tannat hardiness and aromatic complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon. But I do not doubt that your taste buds will appreciate the attention, rigor and passion that we have deployed to achieve each of our vintages and place Boiron Domaine in the category of good holding local wines.
