The winemaker
In the slopes of Monein, facing the vineyards of Jurançon and the Pyrenees. The field is operated family property since 1877. It covers 4.5 hectares of vineyards nestled on a scenic plateau facing the Pyrenees. The farmhouse of typical Béarnaise architecture, with its walls in pebbles and slate roof, next to the newly built winery, the vineyard surrounds all. Manual harvesting combined with a traditional winemaking give birth to two dry wines of character and fluffy.
